Supply Rewards makes it easy to earn points and get rewards:

•  PEEL IT - Peel off the Reward Code label found on boxes or Sponsors' products.
•  ENTER IT - Enter the 12-digit Reward Code online and earn points.
•  ENJOY IT - Redeem your points online. Choose from thousands of brand name rewards.

In addition to entering Reward Codes from yellow labels, select Sponsors allow you to earn points when you purchase their products-without having to enter a Reward Code. It's called Click-to-Claim and it works like this:

•  Select sponsors send customer purchase information to Supply Rewards on your behalf when you purchase their participating products.
•  Supply Rewards will notify you via email when you have points to claim.
•  Click the link in the email and login at www.supplyrewards.com to claim your points.

Be sure to check out Participating Products for a list of eligible products.

How You Benefit
