Members in Supply Rewards are required to provide business name, ownership type, business size information, contact information (including address, phone and email) and business segment information. Phone number is required in the event that Supply Rewards needs to contact a member if there is a problem with an order. Demographic and other profile information beyond that gathered during enrollment may also be requested via optional surveys or other site promotions. This information will be used to deliver relevant, targeted offers to members and is not required to use the Web site.
Member information collected is used to create and administer your Supply Rewards account, including for purposes of account verification if a member loses or forgets the Coalition Loyalty Program password. Supply Rewards will use this information to contact a member via e-mail or print communications regarding special Coalition Loyalty Program promotional offers featuring one or more Coalition Loyalty Program Sponsors. When a member enrolls in Supply Rewards, a member completes an enrollment profile. Information collected from this profile will be shared with only those Sponsors for whom a member submits a Reward Code.
Upon enrolling, a member shall have the choice to opt-out of receiving informative e-mails about sponsoring manufacturers' products and services directly from Sponsors. If a member chooses to opt-out, Supply Rewards Administration will not provide Sponsors with your e-mail address. Subsequent to enrolling, a member may opt-out of Sponsor e-mails through the Supply Rewards Web site, and the member's email address will not be shared with Sponsors whose participation in the Coalition Loyalty Program commences after the date of receipt of the member's decision to opt-out. The member will need to unsubscribe from communications received directly from Sponsors via the message's unsubscribe link.
When a member logs onto the Internet, a member is assigned an IP (Internet Protocol) address by an ISP (Internet Service Provider). Web sites can determine from what IP address a member is entering the site. Supply Rewards uses the IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and for security purposes. Supply Rewards reserves the right to share aggregate ISP information with our Sponsors.
